  Josh was very flexible and customer service oriented. He was affordable and knowledgeable. We were able to have the seller correct the issues he found. You can tell he really cares about the customer and his business. Remained professional at all times and was pleasant to work with.

  When we were looking at our second home, there was only one group we even considered to do the inspection. Because this house was outside his normal area, we were happy that Josh would do our inspection. If you want an honest and trustworthy inspector that does outstanding work, look no further. I read the two negative reviews and believe they are talking about a different company!!! Very helpful when Josh does his walk through with you as well! A++++!!!
